Nearly one year ago I spent 10 days in India with an organziation called Children's Relief International (CRI). Within those 10 days, a place in my inner most being was stirred, so much so that I've had a longing to return. It's almost as if I discovered a long lost family to whom I am compelled to re-unite. So, on August 28th, I will be returning to India. And this time I am privileged to bring three friends with me from Crossroads Community Church. I am super excited for them and all who will partner with us in this journey. Allow me to briefly introduce them. Adrienne Acrey, who is a speech therapist and up and coming Ironman champion. Shelley Kelso, who is the office mangager for Crossroads and by far the most energetic, cheerful, put-a-smile-on-your-face person on the planet. And Randy Schaeffer, who'll serve you up a bagel at Einsteins or take back your LCD t.v. that you just don't like any more at Cost-Co and still have tons left-over to give you 'cuz he's just that kind of guy.

My hope is that same longing, that only the God of the Universe can stir up and sustain, will be ignited and stirred even more in my three friends and myself. Who knows, maybe next year you'll be next...get your Tums out, it's gonna be a spicy ride!
